Soya Chunks
Soya Bean is a main course dish with basic gravy.
This dish, rich in protein, is fast and simple to
produce. It can be served with roti, paratha or any
dish of rice. Soya appears to consume any flavour
with which it is cooked and therefore needs extra
spices to make it flavorful. Soya bean masala is very
tasty, nutritious as well as filling. With a higher
proportion of protein , dietary fibre, iron, manganese
, phosphorus and many B vitamins, soybeans are an
excellent source of important nutrients.
